Vendors Information

VENDOR INFORMATION
Due to the number of vendors who return to the Emerald Ball year after year concession space is extremely limited. The vendor application may be found and printed here. If you have any questions, contact Wayne Eng at Wayne@dancevision.com or call at 702-256-3830.
VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO:
Pay a minimum vendor fee of $1,200 or 10% of the gross revenues, whichever is greater.
Pay $100 toward the cost of a security guard for 3 nights (Thursday, Friday & Saturday).
Vendor must send in their full payment of $1,300 prior to January 15th, 2012.
Vendors that attended the 2011 Emerald Ball will be given first chance at payment for 2012. If full payment is not received by January 15th we will move on to our waiting list.
Requests for space not accompanied by full payment are not guaranteed and your spot may be allocated to another vendor.
Organizer reserve the right to receive copies of all sales receipts and must be turned in to the organizer at the end of the event with the total sales noted.
OPTIONAL ADVERTISING FOR VENDORS:
You may place a full-page advertisement in the souvenir program at the cost of $250.

HAIR, MAKEUP, MASSAGE ETC
All hair, makeup, massage, etc. providers will pay a $250 fee to attend the Emerald Ball. The fee will include a complimentary full page black & white ad. The fee does not include admission to the ballroom. If you would like to purchase a vendor pass (no reserved seating) one will be available at a discounted rate of $100 for all 8 sessions.
