Chairman's Boardroom & Newport A: Set up day is Tuesday 4/26 8am- 2pm
Vendors may begin tearing down anytime after 3pm Sunday night. But MUST be completely packed up by 6:00am on Monday, May 4th.

Due to the number of vendors who return to the Emerald Ball year after year concession space is extremely limited.
If you would like to be a vendor at the 2016 Emerald Ball we must receive full payment prior to March 31st, 2016. A non refundable deposit of $1,000 will be needed by January 15th to reserve your space.

Hair, makeup, massage, etc.: All hair, makeup, massage, etc. providers will pay a $250 fee to attend the Emerald Ball. The fee will include a complimentary full page BW ad. The fee does not include admission to the ballroom or any vendor spaces. You will need to have your own hotel room. If you would like to purchase a vendor pass (no reserved seating) one will be available at a discounted rate of $100 for all 9 sessions prior to March 31st. Afterward at $150.
